Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Jenny Kayne purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All sale items
- Gift cards
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
- Initiate your return through our online portal at jenny-kayne.com
- Pack items securely in their original packaging
- Include the original packing slip
- Ship using a trackable method
Refund Timeline
- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Store Credit Option
For faster processing, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for store credit only. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our receiving your return, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.
